At Shiros Boutique, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason your custom knits don't bring you joy, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Here's how it works:

🌸 All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. 🌸 We'll gladly refund the purchase price, as long as the items are free of any defects or damages. 🌸 Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team at contact@shirosboutique.com to initiate your return.

Please note:

💫 Since each creation is lovingly handmade just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. 💫 Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we'll cover the return shipping fees!
